our story

Founded in 2023, Junior2Senior was setup as a training initiative based upon a high dropout rate from the sport beyond the under-17 age group. We found that over 50% had quit the sport at this stage of their career. Junior2Senior has hosted over 150 young athletes, providing them with a skillset and platform to success and longevity. Not only success within the sporting arena, but success as people too with workshops on careers, nutrition, psychology, strength & conditioning forming part of the athletes experience. We are proud to have hosted young athletes who have gone onto achieve English Schools Titles and England Representation. As athletes and coaches ourselves, we understand the hurdles athletes may face as they develop through each stage of their career.
