middle distance

We recognise there is a vast difference between those who have aspirations to run 800-1500m vs those who see a career for themselves in the longer distances.

The physiological components are very different, therefore, in order to meet the demands of race day training should be too.

Athlete experience

  • Train with top performing athletes from all over the UK

  • Lactate testing carried out by Mark Homer, physiologist for British Rowing.

  • On running apparel and footwear testing.
