Why junior2senior?

Our mission is to support as many young athletes as we can in reaching their full potential. Young athletes face many cross roads in running and we aim to highlight the many different pathways to fulfilling potential.
The latest Junior2Senior camp was hosted at Radley College, Oxfordshire in April 2025. 50 young athletes from across the country were immersed in a 4-day camp action packed with all the key facets an elite athlete would want and need. Supported by On, each attendee was gifted a pair of On shoes and through their camp journals leave equipped with a toolkit to navigate their way to success.
